How do I talk to someone at customer service?

I need help with my remote.

  • You people are giving Roku a bad name. Whats a use to have no help. I have had Roku boxes sn TVs since they came out. I have 3 TVs connected to Roku now they want you to waste time with these no accounts, for help. Forget about help I sm fed up with roku

        I'd like to be able to get assistance now, not in seven days.

        My 2024 ROKU Ultra voice remote is unresponsive.  The remote is fully charged, the light on the Roku is on and is not blinking.  

        I've unplugged it, re-plugged it and have tried holding the Home and Back buttons for 20 seconds with no luck.

        It'd be nice to have real phone support but i guess for that I need to purchase something other than a Roku...right?

        Buenas noches mi tv se programo como modo invitado me da una fecha donde se desconectara pero llega esa fecha y me da otra como puedo salir de ahí xrque no me da opción la reseteo y se prende y me indica lo mismo

      You can go to the support contact us page, select Account/payments & subscriptions, Question about a charge...the page may directly offer the option or if it says something about no purchases associated, click on contact us for further support and you should be able to get a chat or phone option to talk to Roku CS.

      • Is this the remote that came with your Roku device, or was this purchased separately?
      • Were you able to pair this remote the first time you activated this device?
      • When did it start having problems pairing?
      • Are there any lights on your remote or device when you try to press random buttons or the pairing button?
