How do I report a problem to Roku?

I noticed that you also kudo’d some posts about a Zumba app.  For problems with a specific channel/app, Roku will tell you to contact them (Zumba) anyway.  Ie: Zumba, like nearly everyone one else using the Roku platform, writes their own app which accesses their servers.
