How do I know which Remote Pro was shipped? Didn't realize a "2nd Edition" existed!
I recently ordered a "2nd" remote (July 14, 2024) because the "original" Voice Remote Pro has terrible battery life, when it works its great with a pair of wired earbuds (Samsung) my "go to" when watching my Roku Set. My invoice has NO indication what version was shipped? As of this post it hasn't arrived yet, so I hope the "powers that be" sent me a newer "2nd edition".
The other "complaint" is with "advertising" all sources on the web, don't show the "2nd edition" with a '"wired" earphone, so I must assume a wired earphone isn't supported? Roku doesn't have a "phone number for voice support?? Am I missing something? A little frustrated! Phillip Meza
