How do i get my dvr to come up first

I did this before, but I added a sound bar to my TV.   I had to move the HDMI location of my DVR.   Where do I go on my roku TV to have my DVR come on when I power on my TV?  Sound bar is now on HDMI 1 and my DVR is on HDMI 3.   How do I set it up so that my DVR comes on when I power up my TV?

    It's under Settings->System->Power->Power on.
