How do I get a replacement for a non functioning remote? 75 days since I bought it.

Bought a 4K Roku on 8/27/22, the voice remote now works maybe 50% of the time.  I've read all the threads on troubleshooting and confirm (using the camera on my phone) that there's no IR signal comin...

Hi Mary, thanks for your quick reply.  I did go through the troubleshooting link.  Ultimately, when it's not working, there's simply no IR signal coming from the remote.   It's model 3941X, serial #X01600JX47WX.
