Hotspot connection not working
I just got the roku premiere & it only says “scan” “check for” internet router/network. I have tried two different hotspots, unplugging and restarting, turning my phone on and off, my hot spot is compatible because i used it on my friends. My hot spot is not coming up at all & says “scan for network again” . notice the side of the box says will need broadband internet, wireless router & HDMI port. I have the HDMI port. Does this mean it’s not compatible with my hotspot?
