Horizontal lines lower half of 70" Roku TV

TV Specs:

Roku TV

JVC model LT-58maw705

Hardware 7838x

Serial# YN00F5693115

Software version 11.5.0 build 4312-AM

I get horizontal lines from mid-screen down.  Happens on the Roku Home screen but not upon entering an app like Prime or Netflix.

I updated the system and reset the network.  Still getting the lines.

Any info on how to fix?  TV has not been dropped, bumped, or damaged in anyway.  Just randomly started happening,

I'd suggest starting there to see what options or suggestions they can provide. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
