Could you please try restarting your device?
Here's how:
- Press Home on your Roku remote
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart

Tried that and I counted how long it takes to go to the home screen and it's about 10 seconds from using an app.
