Home Screen Complaint Issues

Hello All,

New here to Roku and Streaming. Just picked up a new 50" 4k Roku Flat Screen TV. Still trying to figure things out and understand how it all works.

One annoyance is on the Home Screen there are MANY,MANY instances of the menu on the left side and the tiles on the right side. Using the remote, I can scroll down or up and just get page after page of the same thing. Is this a known problem or do I not understand something here?

Also, where is the 'Favorites' tile or listing show up?

    When you get to the end of the menu or Home Screen icons it will wrap around to the top.  Press Home a couple of times to jump to the top.

    Favorites?  I'm not sure what you mean.  If you're wanting to favorite apps, you can order the icons in any order you like by highlighting the icon and pressing * on your remote.  There's options to move it.
