Hisense Roku Tv Not streaming live channels

Hello all I am trying to watch live tv on live channels, direct tv stream, and the spectrum app. When I select one of these apps and select a channel it just gives me a black screen and no sound. I can still press up and down to change the channel and it shows it flipping but does not bring anything up.
