Hisense Roku TV and Roku Ultimate hooked up to Hisense TV closed caption not working

Seems to have happened a couple days ago. Was there an upgrade or something? Have had Roku for several years, several boxes and sticks, know how to set up, done many times. Any ideas? Thanks ...
