Hisense Roku remote 'settings' button stopped working

Had the TV for a couple of years now, no big issues and suddenly today the settings button stopped working. All the other buttons still work, just that one doesn't function.

I use it a fair amount to adjust colour settings but surely not enough to wear it out???

    It seems that a button on your remote stopped working. Can you share a bit more info to help me investigate this further?

    • The model number of the Roku remote.
    • Can you snap a picture of the remote and tell me which button you're referring to?
    • When and where did you purchase this remote? Did it come with the Roku TV, or was it sold separately?

    In the meantime, I suggest getting the Roku Mobile App as an alternative remote for your TV. Here's a link to download the app for free.
