hey Roku voice commands freezes and crashes tv

This has been posted before but no fix was suggested. There is no option reopen the issue as well.

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention. No worries. We'd be more than happy to find you the best resolution possible. 

    Have you tried resetting your remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 30 seconds and then re-pair it? If not, we highly recommend it. After doing so, kindly check for system updates on your Roku streaming device by navigating to your Home screen. Scroll up or down to select Settings > System > System update > Check Now.
