Help! Screen is stuck and remote won’t let me select anything

Help! When I turn on my tv, it says updating but doesn’t move past 0% then goes to this screen. Issue is my remote won’t allow me to select any of the options displayed! The remote is working, I can see the light on it when I push a button and I changed the batteries just to be sure. I’ve unplugged the tv. Nothing is working! Please help! I’ve only had the tv 3 years!

  • Same thing is happening today. Started updated, goes back to this page, error 009, check network, etc. I've unplugged TV, Roku, changed batteries in remote, network signal is excellent. No luck

      Have you tried connecting to a different connection, such as a Mobile hotspot, to see if the device can connect to the internet?
