Help needed with my flickering tv. Lost receipt and its just 1 year old

Bought a 45"tv,roku onn.its jus 1 year old. Lost my receipt. The TV is flickering. Tried everything,plug in,plug out. Re start everything but the flickering is not going. Can anyone help me 🙏 please.
