Help!!! My tv won’t update or connect

My onn roku won’t connect to my internet or update. The tv is brand new and I can’t even get into the setting because it won’t let me do anything. It is not my internet connection because I have a few other TVs in the house that have no issues. Please help!!

    • Are you getting any error messages or codes?
