If you do not have a physical remote, do not Factory Reset your Roku device.
If you can remember your old network SSID sign in credentials (the network name and password), you can change your router under the SSID settings to those previous ones. Then use the official Roku remote app available in the Play/Apple Stores to connect to the network and use as a remote.
Otherwise, if your Roku device has an ethernet port, you can connect via ethernet and use the Roku remote app again.
Final option is to buy a universal streaming streaming remote compatible with Roku devices or RokuTV (depending on which you have) or replacement Roku Voice Remote from Walmart, Best Buy, Target, etc. and use that to connect to your new network.

Feel free to post back with Roku device model number and router model number if still having issues.
