Help … Roku TV dropped all apps
My mothers TV no longer shows apps when TV comes on just her cable
how do I reinstate her apps.
toni need to do a factory reset and if so how to I do that???

The first thing to try is a "System restart" which you can find under Settings->System->Power.
When you say, "just her cable", what do you mean? When you turn on the TV it's displaying a cable TV channel or that's the only option on the Home Screen?
