Totally agree this would be really helpful. When we play multiplayer games like Car Driving Simulator, one of our friends who has hearing loss often misses important sound cues. Having audio play through both the TV speakers and headphones at the same time would make the experience much better for everyone. Roku’s Private Listening feature is a step in the right direction, but having both audio outputs active simultaneously would be ideal for accessibility.

Thanks for reaching out! kcjp,
Just a heads up, you cannot listen to audio through both headphones and a Roku TV speaker at the same time. The device only outputs sound through one audio source at once. You can choose to use either the headphones or the TV speaker, but not both simultaneously.

I hope this helps!

This is an improvement suggestion. Hoping to get support and drive development. Otherwise this feature is for only one person, not a common family experience.

It's been asked for many, many times over many, many years. Roku seems to have no interest or compassion.
