HDMI to Component converter for Streaming Stick 4k

In researching an HDMI-to-component converter for an old Panasonic plasma with non-working HDMI port, no product I have found online indicates compatibility with Roku Streaming Stick 4k and many specifically state they do not operate above HDMI 1.3 OR 1.4 with an HDMI input beyond 1080p or 1080i, and will not accept a 4k HDMI input. Can anyone suggest a converter which is known to be compatible with the Streaming Stick 4k? Thanks!

    If finding a converter that handles 4K is a problem, you can always limit your Roku stick to outputting only 1080p via Roku menu path Settings > Display type.   Your old plasma likely can't accept anything over 1080p anyhow, and definitely not over component..

      many thanks, makalguy...! new to roku and was unaware of that option. now i can select among a handful of alternative converters that claim to handle 2.x and above but max out at 1080p. will report results and really appreciate the advice...!
