HDMI inputs no longer on home screen of Roku TV

  • On my Roku Plus Series 4K TV, the HDMI inputs have disappeared from the home screen. My apps are the only options that show on the home screen. I can only access the HDMI inputs by going to: Settings and then TV picture settings and then selecting the input I want to use.  The inputs that have disappeared all show as in use when navigating to Settings followed by TV inputs menu. I have restarted Roku and unplugged and plugged in again all the HDMI inputs (Chromecast, DVD player and an HDMI cable).

Looks like the HDMI inputs aren’t showing up on your Roku TV screen anymore. Let’s try to fix that.

Here are some steps to follow:

      • Switch the HDMI cable to a different port on your Roku TV (for example, plug it from HDMI 2 into HDMI 1 or 3).
      • Check and re-plug the cables at the back of the TV to ensure they’re seated properly.
      • Restart the Roku TV by going to Settings > System > Power > System restart.

For more information, visit our support article on configuring the HDMI mode on your Roku TV system.

      Hope these steps help!

Same problem as reported by the other users. For a while only 1 or 2 inputs were showing on the menu and now none of them show up. Nothing has changed on the input sources only changes were ROKU upgrades. please fix this.

I go to Settings, but there is no TV INPUTS underneath in the Settings menu. What now?
