HDMI extractor that will work with Roku Ultra for 2 channel analog audio ??

I have a recently purchased Roku Ultra.  I attempted to use a HDMI extractor (Kinivo 360BNT) but the sound comes out extremely distorted with no dialogue, only background music.  I am using a Biamp processor that will require an analog 2 channel input.  Can you recommend an HDMI extractor that will work to output clear 2 channel analog audio?  Are there audio settings in the Roku that are necessary to make it work?
