If you are trying to request a free extender cable from Roku, you need to ensure you are not mistaking the letter O for the number 0 (and vice versa). Notice the letter is very round, while the number is more oval, with the left and right sides pushed in a bit.

The best way to ensure you have the correct number is to copy it from your Roku user account page and paste it into the request form.

        Quick terminology check:

Some people erroniously refer to ALL Roku devices as "sticks".  The HDMI adapter offered by Roku is only offered for owners of actal Roku Streaming Stick models.  These have a MALE HDMI plug on the end  All other Roku models have a FEMALE HDMI socket and require an HDMI cord to connect to the TV.

With that out of the way:

There is nothing special about the Roku HDMI extension, it's just a short (4 inches or so) HDMI cord with an HDMI plug at one end and an HDMI socket at the other.  I use a non-Roku one several feet long to locate my Streaming Stick in an equipment closet on the other side of the wall from my TV.  You may be able to find an HDMI extension locally and not have to wait for someone to ship it to you.

Alternately, you can make your own HDMI extension by connecting a standard male-to-male HDMI cord to a female-female HDMI connecter.
