Having connection, picture and sound issues. My family is turning on me.

My family’s new Roku tv has sound, connectivity and picture problems. Should give it to someone as a prank? Should we continue trying to use the tv for as long as it still “works”? (I’ve already lost most of there respect anyway from the purchase). Considering the amount of problems with our tv… should I worry about it failing in a dangerous way like fire or leaking hazardous fluids or gases? I don’t want to lose my family over this one bad decision. Any help Roku?

  • They dont help & they often dont reply to questions posted here. They tell you to contact the tv maker - mine is Insignia. My screen has vertical lines over 3/4 of the screen - I have spent all of f today - Father’s Day - searching & googling & following all kinds of consumer-posted suggestions. There is I signia or ROKU support after 9pm central time or on wknds - cause no one uses their TV’s on nights or weekends, I guess. We are all screaming here - not streaming. Screaming.

Good luck to you! Your family will forgive you.
