Having connection issues with my Roku

What steps have you taken to try to connect?

Have you reset your network connection on the Roku?  Are you trying to connect via wi-fi (wireless) or hardwired by a network cable?

• What error message/code are you getting after trying to connect to your network? (after entering the network credentials)
• How far is your device from your network router?
• Do you have cellular data so we can try connecting your device to your hotspot?
