Tried the suggestions to fix my harmony after the update and it did not work.
deleted the Roku activity and that did not help. I can switch to the activity but not do anything else. Luckily my Roku remote works so I am not dead in the water

To help me dig deeper into this, could you please let me know which software version your Roku is currently running? In the meantime, I highly suggest contacting the Logitech remote manufacturer for further help. Here's the link to their support site.
