Guest Mode is not working. "Unable to connect to server"

I’m having this issue on all 4 Roku TVs at my rental property.  It states cannot connect to server.  I’ve rebooted everything, including WiFi and disconnected/reconnected everything. Does not seem like this issues been resolved. Help!

    Please let us know the following.

    • When did this issue start to occur?
    • Is this the error you encounter when turning on or off guest mode?
    • Have you attempted to connect your TV to another network?
