Guest Mode accessing HDMI port

I have set up guest mode for my tvs in my hotel and if the guest wants to stream then there are no problems, however there's a TV that has a Direct tv box in HDMI 3, this input is not an option on the home screen. I have tried to "Add the channel" but in guest mode I've been unsuccessful. There is a work around by going to settings then "tv picture settings" then clicking on HDMI option but no guest is ever going to figure that out on their own. Is there a better way to access this input?

We understand you wanted to set your Direct TV cable to your TV's HDMI port for your guest. We'd be glad to assist you in any way we can.

If you want to set it up with Direct TV cable through the HDMI 3 port on your TV inputs, you can also try doing the steps below to see if it works for you:

    1. Go to Settings > System > Power > Power on. Select the HDMI input where your Direct TV cable is connected.
    2. Once the HDMI port is selected, put a checkmark on it and turn off the TV.
    3. After turning it on, the TV will automatically go directly to the selected HDMI input.
    4. If you don't want to watch what's programmed on the selected HDMI input, simply select the Home button on your Roku remote.

Your guests will never have to configure your TV again, as they can use Direct TV cable with just one click with your Roku remote.

Let us know how this works, and get back to us if you need more help.

    All the best,
