Can you please verify what Roku TV brand and model number device are you using? What are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue you are experiencing?

In this case, please contact your TV manufacturer directly to report this issue and request additional support. Each Roku TV manufacturer provides direct support and warranty services for their products running the Roku OS.
