Aaroniscool This sounds like a hardware problem with the TV and not a problem with the Roku operating system. I would try a factory reset of the TV. Varies in different models of Onn TVs but look for a pinhole on the back of the set. A search for your particular model should help you locate the reset pinhole.

If you find the reset button, you must depress it for at least 30 seconds to initiate a Factory Reset.
You can also initiate a Factory Reset via the menu system on the Roku TV:
Settings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset.
