Full crash after apparent system update

No app will work since there was some update or user experience change last night to my Hinsense Roku TV

    We understand you're having a problem with your Roku TV since there are no channels that will work. We're happy to help you. Please try to restart your modem and router, then restart your Roku by pressing the home button on your Roku remote, settings, system, power, and system restart.
