- What Roku device is this remote currently paired to?
- Is this the remote that came with it? If not, what is the model of this remote? (e.g., Roku Voice Remote, Roku Voice Remote Pro, Roku Voice Remote Pro (2nd edition), etc.)
- When and where did you purchase this?
- Did your device recently receive any software updates prior to this happening and manually checking for software updates?
- What is your current running software version? You may check it under Settings > System > About.
In the meantime, we recommend connecting your Roku device to a different TV to see if the same issue occurs.
