I keep filling out the form to receive the free HDMI extender and it keeps telling me:
"Please check and correct your shipping address. We do not recognize the address provided as a shippable address."

Could you try using an incognito or private tab to open the free HDMI extender link? If the same error shows up, please reply here with the serial number of your Roku stick. This can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.
