1. What is the serial number of the device that is paired with the remote?
2. Did you purchase this remote separately, or did it come with the device? If purchased separately, when did you get it?
3. When did you start experiencing the issue?We also suggest resetting your Roku remote by pressing and holding the Back and Home buttons simultaneously for about 20 seconds. After doing so, pair it again.
