Faulty error with software update

I’ve tried all methods nothing works. My software is up to date. Also called customer support. I don’t have this problem on my other device. I’m tired of restarting my TV a second time to get the message to go away.

    It seems your Roku is showing an error. Could you let me know what error message you're seeing? A quick photo would be helpful. Also, have you tried connecting to a personal hotspot to see if the issue persists?
