Factory reset Roku TV, now remote won’t work

My remote was paired to the Roku tv. I factory reset the tv and now the remote won’t work. The tv is stuck on let’s get started. The remote will turn the tv off but does not do anything else. I have unplugged the tv, removed batteries from remote, that does not help the issue.
