Factory Reset Onn Roku tv not working

my Onn Roku TV is less than 2 years old and all of a sudden a red screen appeared, tried the factory reset button on the back now all I’m seeing is a black screen. The Onn logo never appeared after pushing the reset button on the back of the tv…What can I do?
