Express 4K+ No video

I have an Express 4K+ .  i can see the main menu of Apps but when i choose a show only the sound plays.  I checked all connections.

    We understand that you're experiencing issues with the app on your Roku device that only has audio. We'd like to know more about this issue. Please let us know the following.

    • Could you tell us which apps were affected?
    • Provide us with a video of the issue as it happens.

    In the meantime, try restarting your Roku device by going to Settings > System > Power > System Restart. You can also check your Wi-Fi connection by navigating to Settings > Network > About. For more info, please visit this link.
