Express 4k+ has to be re-paired every few days

My Express 4K+ stops pairing with the TV every 2 to 3 days.  I have to go through the process of unplug, remove batteries, power up, and then re-pair the remote.  It’s a pain.  What gives?

    We'd love to help you with this but we need more details. Could you tell us how long you have been using this remote and when you started seeing the issue occur?

      I bought this last Christmas.  Worked OK for a couple months then the problems started.  I’ve replace batteries a few times and also switched from USB power to the wall wart.  Just did another re-pairing.  This time it lasted for 3 days which is typical.  Wife is ready to throw in the garbage.  Is there warranty?
