Express 4k+ has no signal

I have an Express 4K+ remote.  When I turn on the TV, the ROKU icon shows for a bit, then I get "No Signal".  I then put another Express 4K+ base and remote that I have on the same TV.  I used the existing HDMI cable and power cord from the non-functioning base.  That works perfectly.   Therefore, my problem is with my original base or remote control.  When I put my problematic base and remote control on another TV, I get the "No Signal" notice.  How do I fix this?
