ever since they did update other day..now can’t get my TCL Rokutv to work
- why doesn’t it make it passed channel update 3 of 8 “adding analog clock” I’ve tried so many times now since last night And it just stops at this spot /spiraling “forever” Yesterday something happened after I left n came back home,idk think power went out bc all appliances(micro & clock) were fine. So..I’m guessing maybe bc a new update, bc the home/menu screen looked totally different n channels were also moved around and I couldn’t get into Hulu or any other ones, so I checked connection n it wanted /or needed for me to put in my WiFi pw code & or my email that I had set up with ,I did that all over just to get to what I was saying about (Channel update 3of 8..and just spiraling with it showing “adding analog clock” WHATS GOING ON!?? Did anyone have this prblm ? Please I hope someone knows what I’m talking about ! Idont where to go., it just keeps bringing to the same dead end ! Help!

Let's first perform a troubleshooting step to resolve this issue. Since you've tried to update your Roku TV, we recommend performing a system restart by navigating to Settings > System > Power > (skip if no sub-menu) > System Restart. Then, try to update once more if you're able to install the new update successfully.
