Eternal loading screen trying to play shows on Max

I tried updating Max but it was current so I uninstalled and reinstalled. I power cycled.

I have 2 other Roku devices in the house and Max works okay on them.

This device goes to a perpetual loading screen after you select a Max movie. But it plays other services (Netflix, Vudu) fine.

Help??
