Error code 009

I have a TCL roku tv and when I try to get on Netflix or Hulu it gives me this error code 009. How do I fix this?

    If you see these error codes—009, 14, 14.10, 14.11, 14.30, 14.50, 14.62, 14.64—your Roku can't connect to the internet. Here are some quick steps to try and fix it:

    First, restart your Roku. Go to Settings > System > Power > System Restart. 

    Next, reboot your router and modem. Unplug them both from the power, wait about 10 seconds, then plug them back in and let them restart.

    • Note: If the modem or router did not restart using this method, please reach out to your ISP or the manufacturer for information on how to restart your device.
