Error Account does not match in Roku mobile app

I just added a new Streaming Stick 4K and it will not show up in my account. 
in the app it shows up in devices available on this network.  When i click device details i get this. 
Account does not match

you need to sign in using the account registered. 

i did that when i set it up

    I was finally able to delete the app and reinstall. Still same issue after loging in.

      It looks like you're still having trouble locating your device on the Roku mobile app. Could you try accessing it through a different browser to see if the issue continues?

        I logged into Roku from the web and my account shows all 4 devices. 
        in the app it only shows 3 for the account but 4 show up on the local network.

        Yes i am still having the problem. I have been waiting for a response since i sent the pics. 
        I thought maybe someone was trying to figure out the issue.

    Hey! Sbgetsy​ 

    Looks like you're experiencing account syncing issues with your Roku and Roku Mobile App.

    To help us look into this more, have you tried checking the account that was linked to your Roku Streaming Stick, the same with the Roku account you're currently using? You can check that on Settings > System > About

    In the meantime, try to uninstall and reinstall the app, then sign in again with the correct account.

      I did check and the email and account are correct. If i log into Roku from the web it shows the device 

       

      i removed the app amd when i tried to reinstall it says to open the app amd does not give option to get the app. I click open and it brings ip the app but the app is not on my phone.

        Can we try restarting your phone and see if that helps? Then, reopen the app and sign in again using the same email you confirmed on the Roku website.
