Error 04 - roku will not load

My WiFi is working on other devices and says my connection is excellent on tv, but will not connect to Roku. Have don’t factory reset as well.

    While waiting, you can connect your Roku device to a mobile hotspot. How to connect to a mobile hotspot: If it connects successfully, there may be an issue with your Wi-Fi. Contact your internet service provider for assistance.
