Endless Loop - No Playback New Streaming Stick 4K

New Streaming Stick 4K, plugged into HDMI port on an old (not smart) Sony TV. Powered by wall plug.
Worked swimmingly for two weeks. Now, stuck infinite loops of not getting anywhere. Was stuck between the dancing ROKU and black screen, endlessly. I tried to reset the ROKU stick. Now stuck in an endless loop of activating the ROKU player. Entered my email several times, gone through the activation and only get as far as bouncing ROKU, then restarting and back to the please enter your email page. HELP!

    Thanks for the post.

    We would recommend disconnecting your wireless network, then rebooting your Roku device to see if it will get past the bouncing Roku logo screen. If you can get past the boot screen, then try reconnecting your wireless network and see if you are able to use your Roku device again.
