Downloading 3rd Party software for IPTV

trying to download 3rd party software for IPTV. it keeps saying that I must Enable the Unknown Sources in Security and Restrictions settings. I cannot find this Security Restriction settings anywhere. Can anyone help????

    That sounds like an Android thing, not a Roku thing.  You'll have issues trying to get any IPTV app to work on a Roku device.  And if you didn't know, ROKU ISN'T ANDROID!
