Download Speed is poor connectivity is excellent.
Download speed is 300Mbps on my phone jest next to my Roku Ultra. The download speed is 20Mbps on my Roku device. Signal strength is excellent. Do I need a new Roku device?

Roku Premiere+…I guess about 4 -5 yrs🤷♂️ My phone is a iPhone XR. I did all the system checks except a factory reset.
Actual model numbers are better because one Roku labeled premier+ is dual band, but another premier+ is 2.4GHz only. (Based on your time frame, I’m guessing you have the 2.4GHz-only model.)
I think 20Mbps is pretty good for a 2.4GHz-only model. How many Mbps you need varies, but Netflix, for example, says 5Mbps for HD and 15Mbps for 4K. Are you having any problems?
