Doesn't work. Dont know if it's the remote, or device.
When I hook up my roku, it powers on, sound and picture both work, but it won't do anything. I just bought this brand new, so idk what the problem is. Plz help..

What's the model number written on the device somewhere? Is it a Voice Remote? Is there a pairing button on the back or inside the battery compartment? Don't assume the batteries that came with the remote are any good.
