Distorted screen on Roku after an update

My Roku was working fine when I shut it off Thursday night to go to bed. When I turned it on Friday night, all I get is a scrambled screen which I cannot read anything on it. I can’t even see any words to check anything. Now that I read this, it sounds like it could be an issue caused by the update. I can’t even check on the update because of the screen being so scrambled. I can’t see any of the words. 
Is there any news on when you’ll have this fixed? In the meantime, I am unable to watch TV because I need help getting the Roku working again.

    Try unplugging the power for a minute or so.  If that doesn't help, a picture might help us to see what may be happening.

    Can you share a photo or video showing the problem? Also, did this happen after an update?

      I don’t know when the update was, but my Roku was fine Thursday, 6/5, when I shut it off. When I turned it on Friday, 6/6, evening, that’s what I got. I did try unplugging it for about 10 minutes, but that didn’t do anything.

        We'll try to isolate this. Can you also temporarily connect the Roku to a different TV so we can see if this is a TV screen issue?
